Return & Exchange

Our policy is valid for a period of Three calendar days from the date you receive the item. We offer refunds and exchanges. Please note that if the period of Three days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange nor a refund.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

*If your package is sent back to Akke Jewellery for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.*

Method of refund: To the same form of payment used.

*If you choose to pay with your credit / debit card then the processing fee (2.25% of the total amount payed) won’t be refundable as well.*

Exchange and Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange and a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product must be unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

*All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED (this includes ALL rings, anything in custom size options, and all items with initials) items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. **

Shipping items

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Akke Jewellery will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Akke Jewellery has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
